RETURNS

• At LUXURAZI, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.
• Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us within maximum of 48 hours after receiving the product. You will get a full refund/replacement as desired by you after we receive the garment in the same condition as sent.
• To return/cancel the product fill up the return form at the bottom of the website. We will then schedule a return pickup for you.

The garment returned should :

• Have all the labels and tags intact
• Should be unworn/unused.
• Must be in it's original packaging

NOTE: No returns for customized garments as they will be specially crafted for you.
